Fitness Sessions

If you’re bored of workout apps or fitness studios and are looking for a personalised experience then why not give fitness training sessions a go? As a qualified personal trainer I bring both expertise and experience to workouts.

Both in person and online workouts are available. In person fitness sessions can take place anywhere in Vienna whether it be a park, the city centre or at your home.

Regardless of your current fitness level, we’ll find a workout thats suits you!

 

A typical 60 minute workout includes:

  • proper warm-up and cool down phase
  • effective bodyweight exercises
  • focus on correct posture
  • fitness bands to mix things up
  • learning jump-rope basics and tricks
  • both HIT and strength-based exercises
