    I’ve been doing workouts with Simon since summer 2018 – in groups, online/live and via YouTube. He is always well prepared, open to individual needs and very motivating. To prevent injuries, he pays attention to correct execution of the exercises and knows different exercises to spare certain body parts if necessary. I can highly recommend his trainings!

    Simon is a different type of personal trainer. He brings fun and playfulness into his trainings. He always tries to introduce new exercises apart from the standard ones. I have done many outdoor sessions with him and I felt great afterwards, not just well trained but also with improved mood. He includes meditation in the end and always a good warm up before the trainings, which I really appreciate. Thank you Simon!

    Ich mache schon seit Ewigkeiten bei Simon’s Gruppenworkouts mit und bin begeistert von seiner motivierenden, inspirierenden und kreativen Art. Deswegen entschloss ich mich, bei ihm auch Personal Training Sessions zu buchen, da ich mich nicht gerne selber zu einem Workout motiviere. Ich kann mich noch sehr gut an unser erstes Training erinnern, das mich wirklich gefordert, aber nicht überfordert hat. Man merkt, dass Simon ein besonderes Augenmerk auf das Wohlergehen seiner Klienten richtet, uns aber auch nicht sofort aufgeben lässt und uns sicher nicht dem inneren Schweinehund überlässt. Inzwischen habe ich schon einige Workouts mit Simon hinter mir und ich kann mit Bestimmtheit sagen, dass ich durch sein Training nicht nur stärker und verletzungsresistenter geworden bin, sondern auch Gefallen am Bodyworkout Training gefunden habe. Denn eines ist ganz sicher, Fitbrit Workouts sind nie langweilig!

    We attended FitBrit’s outdoor group Bootcamp and loved the way he tailored every session to the space, whether that was sprints up the MuseumPlatz steps or press-ups on the stone benches in Schonbrunn. We had fun whilst keeping fit +exploring the city. As Brit expats to Vienna it was also a great way to meet people and couldn’t have felt more welcomed. Would recommend!
