When I first met Simon, I was really frustrated about my body not changing despite of all the training that I was already doing. So Simon created a first 4-week plan to get started with me. And it came out that for me it wasn’t about how much I trained but how I trained.

8 weeks later, achieving my fitness goals has necessarily not got easier – the pushups and intervals still hurt. But it has got less stressful. I’ve realized that although I could continue trying to achieve my fitness goals alone, then for actually achieving what I want, I need somebody to keep me on track. As my daily focus is not training but my work and personal life instead, then having somebody who focuses on my training every single day is actually really logical. I can just do what he tells me to do without thinking too much.

Additionally, I really like that he is my accountabilty partner and so I can write Simon on WhatsApp when I’ve finished training so he’s pet talk gives me an additional boost for doing great.     Ich nehme seit Jänner 2021 am Fitness Programm von Fitbrit Vienna teil und bin begeistert! Das Training ist fordernd aber nicht überfordernd und lässt bereits nach einigen Tagen kleine Fortschritte erkennen. Als personal trainer hat Simon einen, auf mich abgestimmten, Trainingsplan zusammengestellt, mit einer angenehmen Abfolge von Workouts, Entspannungsübungen und ausgedehnten Spaziergängen. Dabei war es für mich zunächst keineswegs selbstverständlich, an einem Fitness Programm teilzunehmen, weil ich mich dafür als viel zu unsportlich erachtet habe. Doch Simon hat mich ermuntert, langsam, mit einfachen Übungen und Spaziergängen zu beginnen. Das wollte ich dann ausprobieren – und siehe da, mein anfängliches „Warum tue ich mir das an?“ ging relativ bald in ein „Na bitte, geht doch!“ über. Ende Jänner war mir klar, dass ich gerne weitermachen würde – zu sehr habe ich mich mittlerweile an meine Spaziergänge gewöhnt, die noch dazu wohltuend sind für Seele und Geist. Auch die Workouts, die Simon für mich zusammenstellt, sind immer wieder aufs Neue herausfordernd. Es geht dann doch mehr als man glaubt und mir bleibt nur zu sagen: „Danke Simon! Ohne Dich würde ich das alles nie tun!”

    I have accidentally stumbled upon Simon’s Instagram page a couple of months ago when I started looking into training alternatives, since there was a lockdown going on and the gyms were closed. Fast forward to January 2021, my activity level was lousy and motivation down to zero, so I decided to contact Simon and see what we could do to change that. I had no idea how this would work out, but I can say now, starting my Week 4, that my energy level is way up higher than it was 3 weeks ago and I am getting back into the training routine. Simon is an amazing accountability partner and makes sure to double check each day if I am sore from the training before or just to say: „well deserved rest day“. Looking forward to another week with FitBrit!

    Seit 2 Monaten , Simon unterschütz mich fit zu werden. Dank sein Programm, bin viel mehr draußen, meine Rückenschmerzen sind weniger geworden und sein Tipp was Ernährung betrifft hat mich auch geholfen bewusst zu aufpassen was und wie viel ich esse. Danke Simon !!!!!

    Ich habe mich Ende Jänner für das Trainer+ Premium Package von Fitbrit Vienna entschieden und war mir am Anfang nicht sicher was mich erwarten wird. Simon ist ein sehr netter, kompetenter und sehr hilfsbereiter Trainer, der dir gefühlt 24/7 immer zur Seite steht. Simon hat für mich einen Trainingsplan (nach gemeinsamer Rücksprache) zusammengestellt (eine gute Mischung aus Workouts, Dehn- und Entspannungsübungen und Spaziergänge), die sich langsam von Woche zu Woche steigern. Es war ein Training das gut fordernd, aber absolut nicht überfordernd war. Mir ist zu keinem Zeitpunkt der Workouts “langweilig” gewesen, da immer eine sehr gute Abwechslung dabei war. Ich konnte Simon jederzeit Fragen stellen und er hatte immer ein offenes Ohr für mich – falls mal eine Unsicherheit oder offene Fragen vorhanden waren. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Art und Weise wie er es schafft zu motivieren 🙂 es macht einfach total Spaß. Leider bin ich kurz vor dem Ende der 4 Wochen krank geworden und konnte / durfte kaum Sport betreiben aber trotzdem hat sich Simon sich sehr bemüht; sich bei mir gemeldet; mich gefragt wie es mir geht und ob er etwas für mich tun kann. Ich kann Simon und sein Programm wirklich absolut empfehlen. Er ist wirklich ein Topansprechpartner wenn es um Fitness, Gesundheit und Motivation geht. Ich habe mich wahnsinnig gut betreut und begleitet gefühlt. Ich danke Simon sehr für seine Motivation, Unterstützung und Hilfe 🙂 er ist ein super Trainingspartner 🙂 und ich würde jederzeit wieder so ein Training bei Simon buchen 🙂

    Simon ist eine Bereicherung für jede Ausgangsposition! Ich bin selbst sehr sportlich und wollte ein bisschen Abwechslung haben, die mich wieder completely on track bringt. Er besitzt eine unfassbar gute Menschenkenntnis, sodass er mit seinen ausgesuchten Workouts, den Motivationsnachrichten und den virtual High Fives das Maximale aus dir herausholt. Er merkt es sofort, ob dein Programm modifiziert werden sollte, damit du maximal davon profitierst. Die wöchentlichen Zoom Calls sind ein weiterer Pluspunkt, die dir Halt geben und dich noch zusätzlich motivieren. Seine positive Ausstrahlung und Willensstärke verändern dich selbst und ich hätte es mir am Anfang des Programms nie gedacht, dass ich soetwas mal sage, aber Simons Programm war die beste Entscheidung, von der ich nicht wusste, dass ich sie brauche. 😊

    The seemingly never-ending lock-down had taken its toll on me by March 2021. I wasn’t moving my body at all and had adopted unhealthy eating habits. I wasn’t feeling quite like myself and knew I needed things to change. I just didn’t know how to start. During my internet research for an accountability partner, I stumbled upon Simon’s website and decided to get in touch with him.
    We had one initial call to see whether we clicked and after having spoken to him I decided to opt for the TRAINER+ Premium Package and also booked two personal training sessions. Simon put together a great tailor made 4-week program for me really taking the time to find out what kind of training would keep me motivated.
    What really made a difference and what makes Simon’s offer unique, is that he is a great accountability partner who really cares about his clients. He not only provides the work-out plan but will check on you daily how you feel overall. He is less about figures (minutes of training, number on the scale) but more about making manageable small changes that will lead to an overall improvement of your wellbeing.
    The first four weeks flew by and I could really see the difference that working with him made. I could rely on him on stressful days for understanding and his positive feedback pushed me when I needed a little kick in the butt. Looking forward to our next month together.

    The switch to being at home most of the time with gyms closed and less options for moving as a daily routine hadn’t been fruitful for my motivation to work out and stay on track with my goals. That’s what Simon’s training program did for me – providing a constant in difficult times, taking over the “thinking” part of an exercise and giving a fresh input of what else I could try. And last but not least – the weekly check ups have been a space for reflection but also for comradeship – because, in the end of the day, we are all on this journey together and can learn from each other. 🙂

    Simon designed me a four week exercise and healthy eating plan to kick start my body back into being more energetic. Despite having to come to terms with the fact I had neglected my health for some time, Simon was never judgemental. Instead he takes a supportive, positive and empathetic approach, appreciating that not every work out or meal is going to be a silver bullet. Simon kept in constant contact throughout the plan, helped me celebrate the wins and keep going through the lows. Thanks for getting me off the couch and back to being active, Simon!

    I took Simon’s trainer + training package. Simon has helped kick start my new routine by giving me a tailored workout plan after consultation. I get daily videos to follow along for fitness. I’ve discovered new fitness trainers online through Simon that would have taken me ages to find myself. This pre vetting of good workouts to suit my needs alone is great value. However I’ve found the daily check ins on text and weekly calls to talk about fitness goals and diet has been great to keep me motivated and on track. Simon has educated me on healthy habits and nutrition.
    It hasn’t all been straight forward for me, with life commitments, but Simon has supported me throughout and helped me focus on my goals. I highly recommend Simon to anyone who is considering a PT!

    Let me start by saying that contacting Simon and asking for his support was the best decision I took in a long time. It totally paid off!! With Simon’s support, I was able to stick to a healthy diet the majority of the time, and if not, I knew exactly what had triggered me. More than once I was able to make a better decision then. Who would have guessed that I could enjoy writing a food diary and that this would help me with stress eating? I love how his advice turned out not to be an additional pressure and weight but directed me away from perfectionism.
    The selection of training videos was great – challenging but still motivating –, and I was looking forward to the daily checkups. Simon always took time for my questions and needs. I don’t need apps and a gym membership anymore, I am just training outside.

    I could obviously go on raving about Simon’s abilities as a trainer, but let me summarize and say that I am super grateful for his support and expertise! The best thing is that I am now looking forward to moving my body and eating healthy. It is no more something I have to do to lose weight, but I realized that if I move several times a week and if I eat healthier, I can deal with stress much easier. This is a game-changer. And it has a positive effect on how I work, sleep e.g. To anyone not sure if to invest in the training: Do it! Simon is a real cool trainer: friendly, open, reliable, and realistic.     After a long period of inactivity due to the pandemic and the dreadful lockdowns, which resulted in me gaining weight, i decided to take action and contact Simon. I knew Simon before and have been following him on social media. From start to finish, everything about Simon’s program was professional and well thought through. We first had an introduction meeting to review my goals and better personalize the program to my needs. Then in each workout we had i learned new stretches and new workouts and developed a workout routine which i can apply on my own. In between sessions Simon made sure to check up on my progress, remind me of my goals and push me further. The program definitely exceeded my expectations as it helped me change several negative habits and embrace a healthier lifestyle. What i loved about Simon’s program is that workouts are only one element of it, and that there’s equal focus on your sleep, your diet and other important factors which are often neglected. I plan to continue the program further and perhaps set even more ambitious goals and i’m sure with Simon i can get there!

    After years and years of inactivity, losing complete appreciation of myself and my body, I took a big step and sent Simon an email. A couple of weeks later I started the program. Simon has always been patient and very professional, gave me tips accordingly to my situation, and prepared a 4-week plan for me. I gradually went back to exercise, 15 min a day, nothing impossible, and get back to healthy meals.
    I managed to loose 4 kgs in a month, without starving myself or spending hours exercising. Going on my -6kg loss right now!

    I lost weight but also went back on learning how to love who I was, slept better after years of sleep issues. My focus was mostly on exercise and diet, but you can also extend this on other topics such as motivation in general, productivity, reducing your screen-time, etc…

    I’m super grateful that I find Simon. I would recommend the accountability program to anyone!

    Ich habe Simon Ende Oktober bei einem Workshop am Hochkar kennengelernt. Als er erzählte, wie er Menschen beim Fit-werden und Abnehmen begleitet, wusste ich in der Sekunde, dass ich mit ihm arbeiten will. Mein Coaching hat die Woche darauf begonnen. Seither möchte ich die täglichen kurzen Checkups nicht mehr missen. Wir trainieren inzwischen 2x pro Woche miteinander, entweder real oder online und der Sport in Kombination mit dem Accountability-Check – was ich esse und wie ich mich ans Programm halte – hilft enorm dabei, ‘dran zu bleiben’. Nächstes Highlight 2022: Seilspringen bei Simon – gemeinsam mit meinem 7jährigen Sohn. Simon fällt immer etwas Neues ein, um Menschen wie mich, die immer etwas Abwechslung brauchen, motiviert zu halten.
    Ich kann das Training mit ihm sehr empfehlen!

    Contacting Simon and signing up for this program was one of the best decisions I’ve made this year. The training plan was exactly what I needed to become more active again after a few lazy months. Simon makes sure to check in with you daily and is always available for questions. What I also liked was that the program not only focuses on sport but also on general comfort, sleep, diet etc. Now I feel more energized, healthy, and happy. I’m definitely planning to continue the program and highly recommend this to anyone.

    When I started working with Simon, my fitness level was quite good already, but for the additional demands as a crisis manager I needed to improve effectiveness without having to add more time.
    45 to 60 minutes a day was the limit. At the same time, I was seeking to improve endurance to better cope with 7 day work weeks almost all year round.
    Needless to say, The Covid crisis was in full swing when Simon was recommended to me by a friend. So we started via messaging and Simon still keeps adapting my training plans to suit current needs and it always works out for me – and Simon keeps coming up with training setups and new challenges that work well for me and are fun to do.
